About Profile:
Appster is looking for Technical Architects who possess a passion for pushing server based technologies to the limits and will work with our team of talented developers to design and build the next generation mobile applications.
1. To provide the technical connection between the client, product owners, business analyst, and developers.
2. Work with clients and advise them on key architectural decisions concerning the platform and the supporting technologies.
3. Evaluating projects from a technical stance, ensuring that the development methods used are correct and practical.
4. Signing off systems requirements, identifying resources and estimating costs, and timelines for project completion.
5. Defining technical architectures that are modifiable, dependable and scalable.
Candidate Specifications:
1. You must be analytically strong and a problem solver.
2. A deep familiarity with Objective-C, Cocoa Touch and Xcode - including Xcode Instruments and Apple LLVM Compiler.
3. Strong Knowledge of iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text.
4. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
5. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
6. Understand of Android is an added advantage.
7. Previous experience working in an Agile software development environment using Scrum, Kandan or XP (eXtreme Programming)
8. Previous experience working in a Paired Programming or Test Driven Development environment.
9. Working knowledge of Xcode Test Navigator.
10. You must be passionate about building scalable and maintainable products and ensuring that clients are delighted with the software products and services they receive.
11. You must have impeccable attention to detail.
12. Ability to work in team environment as well as independently.
13. Good to have written and verbal english communication skills.
