Business Analysis - A Practitioner's Approach:
Business Analysis is the practice of enabling change in an organizational context, by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders. This course not only aligns with BABOK but also provides a practitioners approach to Business Analysis and combines Industry best practices with case driven approach. This course would make participants ready to take on or improve a Business Requirements engagement with clients.

This course is Instructor led and will be driven with a case. There will be a series of activities and participants will form small groups to work on these activities. Tools usage: Requirements Management tool demo, Star UML - an Open source tool for modelling, Tibco business studio for Business Modelling exercise. Sridhar is a Senior Industry Advisor & Serial Entrepreneur with a decade and a half of consulting experience. His engagement portfolio ranges from High Performance Consulting to the field of Innovation as a Metamorphic Futurist. He has led a number of Management level consulting assignments with Telecom, Travel, Energy, Manufacturing and Healthcare Majors. Sridhar holds Executive MBA from IIM B, Degree in Innovation & IP from IISc, and Engineering in Computer Science.
