POSITION SUMMARY :VB.NET - SE level Developer - SE level. 5 years experience Developer - Ready to provide Production support . Should have good knowledge on COM/COM+,VB, VB.NET, SQL Server, SSIS,ASP. Should be ready to do Oncall Support and work on tickets. Web Services knowledge will be added advantage. This is a requirement for T2 support involving on-call rotation. The resource would need to learn and understand the application partly using existing documentation and partly on the job and start providing 24X7 support involving on-call rotation. The member needs to be on-call for a duration of 1 week to 10 days in a month. During the on-call period, he/she can work regular work hours from office and support the remaining hours from home using company provided cell phone and laptop. He/she will be called on the support phone only if there are critical or high tickets raised in that application.
