	Job Description
	Client Technology team in Corporate and Investment Banking space is building out an Android Development team here in India.   We need one Solid Senior Android App Developer cum Team Lead and a UX designer with a demonstrated track record of creating user-friendly/compelling mobile UIs. Location will be Bangalore and we are fine for an AVP or VP level, but need an extremely strong person.   Experience with below are most critical for this role:   1. Internal apps with Wifi connectivity (NOT 3G or 2G) 2. Native over hybrid. WAP implementation experience not relevant. 3. Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of the Android platform is critical. In-depth knowledge of this platform is key. 4. Knowledge of iOS is highly desirable but not required. This knowledge will help them decipher existing iOS apps and build them on Android with minimal support from the iOS team 5.
