Job Profile:
Provide Architecture vision to the team. Is aware of the industry leading technical best practices and help the team's keep abreast of the same. Consider competing priorities and propose alternate solutions, based on business and technical requirements
* Guidance in best practice and tool to use in the product design and build of technical frameworks and the applications built on them e.g. Unit testing frameworks, Performance improvement coding practice etc
* Perform coding, unit testing and integration testing for functionality and delivers high quality deliverables
* Lead design & code reviews. Ensure all work (Tech spec, code, unit test plan) is reviewed to ensure adherence to the relevant development standards
* Research and resolve complex technical problems, performance and scalability issues. Accountable for making prompt technical decisions/recommendations to accomplish the project priorities
* Research and propose relevant emerging technologies to develop technical edge for the product
* Mentor junior engineers by providing technical guidance in addition to working as an individual contributor
* Providing high level ballpark estimates for proposed solutions/new Projects
* Contribute for the technical skill uplift of the team
Primary Skills:
a. Expert on Microsoft technologies like VB6, COM/DCOM, WPF , C# & .NET
b. Strong experience of working with COM+ Application server
c. Strong Experience in applying the design patterns for solving real world problem
d. Strong Experience in tuning the application for performance
e. Experience on SQL Server 2008/2012
f. Good Stored Procedure programming skills
g. Experience performing Design & Code reviews. Strong experience to suggest & implement optimum design changes.
h. Ability to work as individual contributor as well as provide technical leadership to the team
i. Experience on SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
j. Ability to Work independently with both internal and external stakeholders across locations.
k. Strong oral & written communication skills
Secondary skills/Nice to have:
a. Strong background on Healthcare domain
b. Experience of working on Agile Mode
