Location: - Dubai Work Experience: - 10+ Years Job Title:Software Engineering Manager Primary Skillsets:Qualifications Degree (BS, BSc, BE or Eq) in Engineering, Science, Computing or other numerate faculty from a recognized institute. Should have experience in professional courses covering all elements of the System Development Life Cycle. Experience & Professional Skill: Minimum 10 years of specialist technical experience, ideally within a project based IT environment. During which it should include IT Project management (minimum 4 years), with a good experience to industry standard Project management and Development life Cycles, Change implementation planning and management, Systems Development Management, PM tools, Application support & Business analysis, People management Experience in IT project management in a CMMI environment will definitely be an added advantage. Excellent and assertive communications and influencing/negotiating skills ideal pre-requisite for all positions. Relevant Experience:Minimum 10 years Details:(1) Airline Domain Specific Specialist (2) TPF/ALCS background preferred Budgeted?Yes Grade:EK.09 Experience:(1) Worked in similar setup handling airline customers at their base (2) Should have had the opportunity on multiple delivery models viz-a-viz offsite-onsite delivery Certifications:Project management Certifications from 1 or more schools and/or understanding of ITIL model. Pre-Sales Experience:Preferred Domain knowledge:Within Airline Domain, Must have excellent hold on Reservations, Ticketing and Departure Control systems and their behaviour. Management Experience:Must have managed a team of 50+ with very good people management skillset and with an aim to optimising the productivity.
