Java Technical PM Responsible for defining, designing, developing, validating, and delivering the first
instances of new technology-enabled capabilities. Support new capabilities through early adopter
customer use. Accomplish effective transition to other technical and operational groups as capabilities
and markets mature. Both qualify and utilize emerging technologies, yet overcome their limitations. Job
Requirements 3 years of experience in the lead ArchitectTechnical Project Manager role 8 to 10 years of
hands-on SW Development, Software & Systems Architecture, Systems 3 years of experience in
Specification, Design and Large scale transactional systems and infrastructure Experience with Oracle
database & PLSQL 5 Years programming background preferably in a LinuxUnix environment 5 Years
demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles. Experience,
ability and desire to work with a Java team of developers Java software development experience in a
UnixLinux environment with Web Services. Knowledge of all phases of software development including
design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and
process based applications. Programming skills Java, J2ee, Struts, Spring Web technology knowledge
HTTP, HTML, SOAP, WSDL, JavaScript. Database knowledge MS SQL, Oracle, DB2, JDBC, Hibernate, etc.
Experience with version control software such as SVN, CVS, etc experience with IDE such as Eclipse.
Strong knowledge of design and architectural patterns. Proven track record of delivering working
solutions under a tight deadline Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work
across organizational boundaries Acts as the mentor to all team members on their assigned project
tasks. Successful track record of meeting timelines, milestones, and deliverables Must be able to
manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in
writing to technical and non-technical users
