Program Overview:

The quality of a software application depends on the quality of the test cases through which the application is tested. Hence, the quality of the test cases has a direct impact on the end quality of the product.

It is important to know various test design techniques in order to ensure that there is comprehensive coverage of scenarios in the test cases and a mathematically or logically acceptable optimization of test cases in case of huge number of scenarios.

This two days workshop on test design techniques addresses the basic and emerging test design techniques thus helping participants to design optimal test cases without compromising on quality to ensure a quality product.

Faculty Profile: KnowledgeWorks Accredited Trainer

He has sixteen years of experience in the I.T. industry. He has worked on a wide variety of assignments in development, testing, product implementation, project management, training and consulting. In his last two positions, he was heading the training and consulting divisions, responsible for gathering and analyzing the training needs of the customers, finalization and ensuring successful execution of the training and consulting assignments. Prior to this, he worked for Siemens Information systems Limited as Consultant, leading a team of 20-25 test design and execution engineers for a global healthcare product in a multi cultural environment.

He has conducted more than 100 workshops on Test effort estimation, Use case modeling, requirements management, test design techniques, Quick test professional, and test management.

He conducts public workshops on requirements and testing related areas.
