With overall 12 years of work experience and specialization, She is responsible for the overall functioning of Human Resource for Xavient India and Sri Lanka. Furthermore, she is accountable for the front ending and   partnering with the delivery leaders to achieve corporate objectives, employee retention, people development and implementation of employee HR Life Cycle processes. She is an expert in all the facets of Employee Engagement, Learning and Development and Organization Structuring. She has delivered results through active partnership with businesses and has been a part of the strategic leadership and management teams. Her specialty lies in HR Process Design and Implementation, HR Information System Implementation, Culture Building, Developing HR policies and Implementing, HR Shared Services, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits and Process Compliance. She is working in line with project managers to meet business, people goals and involving in the project-kickoff process. She works closely with various function owners on performance management to identify top and weak performers and builds the approach to up-bring and train the weak performers. She has led and worked with geographically and culturally diverse teams.
