Job Description:- * Hands-on Development Manager with 12-15 years of experience in enterprise application development using Microsoft technology stack. * Should have mix of delivery and technology management. * Should have proven experience working directly with customers (Director and C level execs). * Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies and latest versions which includes .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, OO concepts, and design patterns. * Should have good knowledge in Oracle, SQL server etc. * Should have knowledge on MVC 3 / 4. * Should have good experience in implementing best practices in TFS, framework based Unit testing, performance testing, portal integration, code analyzer tools, etc. * Ideal candidate should be a dynamic individual with leadership in communication. * Good knowledge on application performance tuning is required. * Should be strong in Agile methodology and agile coaching. * Should have experience handling multiple teams (atleast 50+). * Should be strong in technology, program management, customer experience management and people management. * Should have experience managing Technical Leads.
