We are hiring for Tibco, having hands on experience over BPM Products/TIBCO iProcess/TIBCO AMX BPM/IBM BPM/Redhat BPMS BRMS/Cloud
Note : Work Location is Pune. Only applicable for candidates who are currently residing in any part of India and want to relocate to Pune.

Job description for your reference:
- 10-15 years experience with IT experience in a financial environment
- BPM Products TIBCO iProcess, TIBCO AMX BPM, IBM BPM, Redhat BPMS BRMS, Cloud, Virtualization, Selenium framework, JAVA, J2EE, SOA, WebServices & REST Services, RDBMS and Shell Scripting(UNIX), PowerShell Scripting, Chef, BigFix
- Experience with production systems and dealing with production issues
- A clear understanding of cloud service and deployment models
- Understanding of Cloud Native Application design principles (12factor.net)
- Experience working on a team delivering a customer facing product
- 2+ years' experience working on or leading agile development teams (ideally leveraging Scrum or Kanban)
- Enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys working on a highly collaborative team
- Excellent communication/collaboration skills
- Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
- Middleware products BE, BW, EMS, Oracle BPM, Drools, WebSphere, WebLogic, IHS, OHS, Apache, Tomcat, Web Sphere Portal Server, jBPM, Selenium, BMC(BMA/BAA) and Release Management Tools , AppDynamics, Wily Graphite. Log management tools LogStash/Splunk
