	Job Description
	Participate in any and/or all phases of the product development cycle from product definition and design, through implementation and support. Server-side platform and Architecture Responsible for Platform Architecture design and definition Work across functions, maybe be liaison to external stakeholders and teams. Motivate and inspire others, demonstrate leadership by training and mentoring others. Strong client/server software architecture. Excellent Java, J2EE programming skills. Enterprise level web application development experience required. Deep understanding of JSF, development with JBoss, J2EE, MVC architecture. Database design and modeling, experience with MySQL, Hibernate, JDBC required. Good understanding of design patterns, unit testing approaches and technologies and, test-driven development. Development in a Linux-based environment using Eclipse, SVN or similar tools and technologies. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Ability to develop longer-range project plans and schedules to complete complex projects or new product development. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other engineers and have strong influencing and leadership skills. Thrives in an Open Source, Highly Collaborative Environment! Deep database development experience, able to work with high volume data consumption and processing. Continuous Integration, Test Automation. Experience in implementing security solutions involving authentication, integrity, confidentiality, audit logs, or key management. Exposure to vulnerability analysis, crypto libraries, or trusted computing is a plus.
