One of our clients , Leading Global Financial Services Firm , Bangalore are looking for following position to be closed : Positions open : AVP_(Java/UNIX ) _Reg Reporting & Data Mgmt team Location : Bangalore As an Technical Specialist in the Reg Reporting &Data Mgmt team, the candidate will have below Core Responsibilities :- *Coding, preparation , Review/Analyse business requirements and technical specification documents, *Code migration to different environments, *Action on issue resolution during QA cycles, *Conduct/Participate in the project technical meetings, *Perform Level 3 (Production Support). *Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE based applications required. *Knowledge of multiple data management platforms including Oracle, Sybase, etc. *Ensuring availability of Environment through proactive planning of new infrastructure, performance, capacity and storage management *Ownership of data conversion, real time and batch ETL Loading for large transaction warehouse/Global Environments solutions *Reports and Critical MIS development and Enhancement *Experience with Data Warehousing/Mining projects Experience | Exposure (Recommended): Qualification : BE (Computer Science) or equivalent with 9-12 years experience 1. 5+ Years experience in working with Java, J2EE technologies 2. Strong in architecture, design and Code development 3. Working experience of Spring, Weblogic, Tomcat, JMS, Drools , Hibernate etc 4. Strong Oracle ,SQL/PLSQL skills and Data warehouse Concepts 5. Strong Knowledge in Unix, Shell/Perl scripting 6. Strong understanding of ETL Informatica workflows 7. Hands-on experience of reporting tools like Cognos , Business Objects etc 8.
