| Dear Job, Our client BusinessOne Technologies has opening for SSE position for Bangalore, MG Road Designation Sr. Software Engineer (SSE) Summary The SSE designs, develops and maintains integrated enterprise business intelligence applications. This role is actively engaged in new products as well as improvement projects that further enhance the company’s ability to deliver a full-suite of business intelligence services to internal and external clients. Works on cross functional teams across the organization to include executives, engineers, project managers, QA testers, internal business customers. Duties & Responsibilities • Performs development and maintenance of Business Intelligence functionality and report objects in production as well as in development environments. • Troubleshoots and remediates data and performance issues. • Works with internal and external clients to gather requirements and specifications, maintain release schedules, and see projects through to customer satisfaction. • Assists with data warehouse initiatives, develop data mart models, design specifications and metadata documentation. • Participates in design and code reviews. • Performs application support and issue resolution. • Participates in daily and ad-hoc meetings as well as regular planning and review sessions using Scrum / Agile methodology. Technical Skills Required: • Proficiency & solid work experience in SQL server database programming (procedures, functions, scripts etc..,) & SSIS. • Good experience in SSIS script task using C# Nice to have: • Experience in DBA activities, C#, ASP.NET would be an added advantage • Experience with MVC, CSS3, HTML5, AJAX, jQuery, WCF, WPF (MVVM Design pattern) & Web services. • User Interface/Presentation Layer Skills both web client and client/service business logic expertise. Soft Skills • Ability to effectively balance a high volume of work; result oriented and organized. • Excellent problem resolution, judgment and decision making skills. • Must be highly motivated, a quick learner as well as have the ability to work independently or on a team driving solutions with minimal supervision. • Must be flexible and capable of juggling multiple priorities with a willingness to do what it takes to meet critical deadlines. • Good communication (written and verbal) as well as good interpersonal skills to effectively facilitate meetings and work in a team environment.
