	Strong experience in end to end Project Management and Delivery including Project Planning, Team management, Risk Mgmt, Release Mgmt, Maintenance and Support etc. Strong experience in project management using waterfall and agile methodologies in onsite offshore model. Ensure effective and required communication of the project status, risks and issues to all stake holders. Should have good analytical and problem solving skills with ability to dissect the business requirements. Ownership of project architecture, design, code reviews, best practices, technical challenges. Should be able to perform in technical, managerial as well domain expert in multiple areas. Experience in presales support, scoping, estimation and coordination with sales team and prospects. Providing inputs to the Pre-Sales Team, enabling them to respond to RFPs/ RFQs. Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technology and commercial environment. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills. Experience in leading team of developers and leads. Knowledge of project management and project planning tools. Good understanding and ownership of process compliances as per organization processes and in accordance to CMMi L5.
