Location: Delhi/NCR
Exp: 8-17 yrs
Education: BE/B Tech,ME/MTech, MCA or Msc(CS)...Only regular courses.
from 10th to highest degree should be 60% or above.
Note:For Mgr role some one should be working in the capacity of a Mgr/Sr Mgr role for the past 3-5 yrs with a total of 12+ yrs exp.
For Mgr: This is a people mgr role with current or previous technical experience wherein some once can guide & coach various people in the java-UI team.
One must have excellent comm skills as well for both roles.
Responsibilities:
1. Implement the next generation UI in a variety of aspect ratios on a variety of devices.
2. Adhere to and promote standards and web development best practices.
3. Ensure high performance of frontend experiences.
4. Work with UX team to assess technical feasibility and identify risks.
5. Working in a highly creative, detail oriented front end Web UI Environment.
6. Create highly usable Web applications.
7. We are looking for someone who can turn a set of wireframes into fully functional and high availability Web applications utilizing standards compliant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
8. Writing complex JavaScript, as well as utilizing JavaScript frameworks like jQuery and strong experience in at least one MVC or MVVM architecture framework for application development.
9. This person should have a proven history of innovative user interface design and development.
Additional Responsibilities for a Mgr:
1. Timely delivery of software product offering with excellent quality and technical excellence.
2. Experience in leading UI/ Java Product Development Team.
3. Manage/Supervise team of 10-12 experienced software developers
4. Eliminate impediments faced by team
5. Imparting product knowledge to team
6. Imparting knowledge on agile/scrum to the team
7. Participate in development plan and performance reviews of direct reports
Qualifications:
* Graduate degree in Computer Sc./ Engineering from top colleges of state universities and other good engineering institutes with 60% throughout academics.
* Degrees attained B.Tech/B.E./MCA/M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc./M.S. in Computer Science / IT and related field.
* 8-17 years software development experience in a fast-paced environment, working through all phases of the software development life cycle
* Strong HTML (Preferred HTML 5) and JavaScript (AJAX, DOM, JQUERY, ANGULAR/knockout/ BACKBONE/Ext JS and JSON)
* Good CSS experience (preferred CSS 3.0)
* Knowledge of Unit testing framework e.g. Karma-Jasmine, Junit etc
* Understanding of usability, interaction designing aspects and cross browser compatibility
* Understanding of Core Java, web services and XML APIs, Node.js will be a plus
* Knowledge about Frontend Performance Optimization is a plus
* Experience with the full software development life cycle, including design, testing, deployment, and documentation activities
* Aptitude for learning and applying programming concepts
* Prior experience with agile methodologies and scrum practices, including continuous integration and TDD, is a plus.
* Team-oriented, meticulous, rigorous, attention to details, strong customer focus
* Excellent communication skills
