Job description * Advising customers on the MS CRM product and its future roadmap * Participating in pre-sales, i.e., positioning MS CRM as a product of choice for a business problem * Supporting and writing RFP responses * Working with MS CRM CoE in identifying white spaces in the product and building solutions * Displaying product knowledge of various versions of MS Dynamics CRM and its capabilities * Defining GTM strategy and solution, and working closely with Microsoft's CRM alliance team Desired Skills and Experience * 8-18 years of overall IT experience with strong experience working with Dynamics CRM * Should have experience working in C#, ASP.Net (involving .Net framework 4.5) * Should have detailed functional knowledge of Dynamics CRM 2011 Online and On Premise versions * Should have provided solution architecture for CRM implementations over Dynamics CRM 4 and Dynamics CRM 2011 On Premise and Online versions * Should have provided solutions for major data migrations/data integrations involving Dynamics CRM 2011 * Should have knowledge/experience on mobility enablement over Dynamics CRM * Experience/knowledge of 3rd party data migration tools like Scribe, Informatica, BizTalk, Pervasive or other migration tools/frameworks is a plus * Should have experience in Dynamics CRM product upgrade * Should have Dynamics CRM 2013 product knowledge * Flexibility on travel is required (can be based in most major US cities) please share your updated CV if you are interested.
