	Job Description
	Overview Position is within Commercial Sales Operations Reporting team. This team is a part of Dell's worldwide reporting organization. Team responsibilities are development, maintenance and governance of centralized reports supporting Global needs of the company. Team is participating on reporting systems functionality and standards definition and taking part in initiatives to improve functionality of Dell's systems in general, apart from producing reports for consumption across Dell. Sr. SQL/BI Technical PM and Hands On Development Lead Requirement Background Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or business. Strong SQL (development, extracting data, publishing, etc.) required. Work experience with tools such as Excel, SSRS or Business Objects required. BI reporting experience required. Should be able to deliver the Projects by leading the technical team Should possess high Sales business acumen and converting requirements into Technical solution SSIS working knowledge is preferred. Strong knowledge in writing complex MDX/DAX is required, Consuming SAP Hana Strong knowledge in Sales Domain, Inventory and Partner Reporting Good to have Tableau, Micro Strategy exp Key Responsibilities Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis , task and workflows analysis. Critically evaluate information gather from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Proactive communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed :(functional requirements (Business requirement document, Use cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs) Utilize your experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously work independently with user to define concepts and under direction of Project Managers Drive and Challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and Operational requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter expert Servers as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the Report development team through which requirement flow. 	Desired Candidate Profile
	Education:   (UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any Post Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required) QUALIFICATION: Reporting tools experience DDW architecture understanding Knowledge of SQL, SSRS, SSAS and OLAP preferably. Strong technical and analytical skills Fluent in English Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Global engagement experience preferably Ability to learn quickly, to organize time effectively, to use own initiative and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
