Title: .Net Technical Architect With MVC with Design Patterns
 
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 9+ years

Role: C# .net Architect with MVC

Desired Skills and Experience:
 
. Should have a minimum of 9+ years work experience out of which at least 2 years should be in an agile development environment
. Looking for minimum of 4+yrs of experience on architect role.
. Should have worked on .Net technologies
. Expertise in Agile-Scrum practices, values and tools, and implementation experience
. Very good knowledge and understanding of OOPs concepts, Design Patterns, best practices and coding standards, conceptual modeling Skills
. Perform Code Reviews and develop POCs
. Guiding and training teams on technology and best practices
. Able to asses and coach teams to attain higher levels of maturity
. Good understanding of metrics and ability to predict
. Excellent communication and mentoring skills
 
Technical Skill:
 
. .Net 4.0
. MVC 4
. MS SQL Server 2008 R2 / 2012
. Design Patterns
. Orchard CMS
 
Communication:
 
. Strong command of English (written, spoken and understanding)
. Able to articulate concepts and ideas clearly
. Maintains a professional attitude and demeanour
. Listens to instruction and asks appropriate questions
. Share knowledge gained and lessons learned from education and experience
