Performance Engineer Professionals

 

• Performance Engineer with 5 – 8 years of experience with application development using Java development in the context of Web application servers, performance and scalability testing experience is a major plus.
• Hands on experience with SQL and UNIX platform
• Used Load Runner, home grown multi-threaded stress testing scripts.
• Used system monitoring tools like Willy, Opnet Xpert, BMC perceiver etc
• Good understanding of Oracle 11g, Websphere server, Cognos and Informatica
• Gather detailed performance requirements from various members of the project team (including business and technical contacts)
• Device Load testing, stress testing, duration testing, and 18-month capacity tests based upon the requirements.
• Verify test requirements against current production metrics.
• Analyze test results for compliance against requirements/preset service level agreements.
• Understand the product's high level design, implementation, and non-functional requirements
• Diagnose and repair performance problems
• Develop code to assist in stress testing and/or performance benchmarking
• Setup complex customer simulating test environments
• Execute performance benchmark/ reliability/ scalability test to ensure successful deployment.
• Establish/configure a data masking tool to ensure data masking when data is brought in the performance test environment.
• Ability to create huge data set from sample data in the performance test environment.
• Understand how products behave at scale in order to provide customers with capacity planning guidance
• Performance Engineer with 5 – 8 years of experience with application development using Java development in the context of Web application servers, performance and scalability testing experience is a major plus.
• Testing performance or reliability of web applications, using multi-threaded simulation tools like load runner etc. 
• Experience developing automated tests
• Experience on OS, Network, application server, and/or database analysis and monitoring Strong statistical and analytical skills
• Candidate's are required to adhere and enforce the security policies of the organization
• Position is based in Hyderabad

 

Experience: 5 - 8 Years of experience in Performance Testing, DB Architecture, Performance testing (Benchmark, Load Testing), BI Background, Performance tuning (SQL level / System Level)

Qualification: BE / BTech / MCA / ME / MTech / MS - Only

Job location: Hyderabad
