JD :: MSBI Engineer Position : MS BI Engineer Experience : 6 - 8 years Education Qualification : (BE, BSc, MSc, MCA) in computer science from reputed university/college Communication skills : Should have good communication & interpersonal skills Others : Is willing to learn new technologies and is open to work long hours if required. Roles and Responsibility: Requirements & Technologies: * 6+ yrs of design and programming experience preferably in fast-paced dynamic environment * Strong application design and implementation skills, solid understanding of entire development cycle. * Experience in BI and Data Warehousing projects. * Expert in SQL (ANSI SQL and/or T-SQL). * Good understanding of star/snowflake schema, SCD, OLAP cubes, partitioning, indexing, columnar db. * Hands on experience in Data Modeling, ETL, Semantic Model, Report design. * Experience with MapReduce (Hadoop), Green Plum, Teradata, Jasper is a plus. * Experience with on-line advertising technologies or large-scale workflow systems is very helpful but not required. * BE (computer science a plus), MS a plus. * Required Skills: SQL, data modeling, dimensional model, MS BI (Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) * Good to Have: Hadoop, Data Mining, Performance Optimization * Soft skills: communication, presentation If this opportunity interests you, kindly send your updated resume.
