	Mandate Skill Set: We are looking only from PRODUCT COMPANIES 3+ years of experience in Product Development 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Visual Studio 2008/2010 using VB.NET. 3+ years of experience in Object-Oriented software design and development building web based applications for Microsoft IIS Web Servers. 3+ years of experience in .Net 2.0/3.5/4.0 frameworks and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF). 3+ years of experience using T-SQL in Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 databases and SQL Server Reporting Services. 3+ years of Experience working in Unix/Perl 3+ Experience on Agile Methodology VB.NET MVC, Ajax, Telerik Controls, HTML, JavaScript & CSS Unit and Integration Testing using NUNIT Experience with source control systems (Sourcesafe, CVS, and Subversion) Should have experience in Designing. Capable of Multi-tasking.
