Position: Solution Architect - PLM Experience: 6-8 years Job Location: Pune JOB DESCRIPTION The ability to understand and translate customer requirements and architect technical solutions based on the customer"s business, process and technical requirements. We seek a seasoned Windchill/Enovia/Teamcenter solution architect, strong in Java, a passion for PLM technologies, and exceptional communication skills to lead technical implementation teams. The role involves working from customer sites across the the country and outside India. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collaborates with the customer to capture requirements, influence decision criteria and set expectations * Collaborates with the Project Manager / Account Manager, team * Provides technical expertise * Develops and nurtures multi-level relationships with customers and cross-functional colleagues. * Mentors Jr. technical resources SKILLS: * Strong PLM implementation knowledge * Strong in Java * Leads technical implementation teams in analyzing business requirements and contributes to the design of solutions intended to address complex customer business processes. * Assigns project tasks including installing and configuring software, customization, GUI development, testing, debugging, data migration and deployment support to project team members. * Provides input into future software functionality, implementation methodology and customization standards. * Reviews teamwork work products to ensure that they are accurate, consistent, and meet client requirements.
