Role Summary/Purpose As a Test Lead, own the quality of PLM instances and be responsible for the delivery of Test Strategy, Test Case Design, Test Case Development, Testing and Defects Tracking of Enovia PLM Instances. Essential Responsibilities *Responsible for design & development of test cases, testing results and bug reports for the releases *Work with project teams for test strategy, test plans, test results and bug reports for the releases *Manage Quality Center for the application(s) owned and manage defect lifecycle *Prioritize, deliver and drive releases managing dynamic & changing needs *Maintain PLM Standards rigor in testing deliverables by working with Test Manager *Drive Testing Phases throught out the releases *Compliance to processes and measurements Qualifications/Requirements *BE / BTech / ME/MTech/MCA or equivalent will work *7+ yrs of QA experience in a software company with min. of 3 yrs in QA lead and atleast 3 years experience in PLM domain *Experience in leading complex functional testing projects that require a deep understanding of the application logic and dependencies *Extensive knowledge of Quality Center *Experience in building and training sizeable QA organization *Ability to influence peers, managers, executives, and other teams *Expert ability to analyze / interpret technical data *Excellent verbal and written communication skills, impeccable organizational skills to effectively work with the Global teams *Deliver the tasks on time with quality Desired Characteristics *Six Sigma green belt certification *Strong technical skills with the ability to manage the team's automation testing efforts *Knowledge of Performance/Load testing Job Location : Hyderabad Exp: 4-12 yrs Interested candidates can send their updated resumes to recruiter46@techstosuit.com along with below given details.
