Open to work from Client location - Yes / No Job Description - Java Lead:- - Hands on with the following skills, Java, JEE, good OOPS concept, Spring, Hibernate, JUnit, XML/XSD/XSLT and related technologies, SQL, exposure to Database schema, exposure to JMS, annotation based programming, knowledge of web services, usage of design patterns (GoF and JEE), OOAD and UML, creating high/low level design documents, familiarity with architectural concepts. - Tools Eclipse IDE, version control system (Mercurial is a plus), static code analyzer (Sonar is a plus), continuous integration environment (Jenkins is a plus), UML tools - Experience delivering in Scrum methodology, good fit is the candidate has played the role of scrum master, CSM certification is a plus. - Experience in developing framework, components or product development. - Expected to carry out analysis and design (OOAD), mentor and monitor the team on good programming concepts and best practices, Domain, airline preferred, but any other complex domain such as BFSI and retail is good. - Passionate about developing good software products that are extensible, maintainable and reliable. - Mature enough to take a abstract input and convert it into actual tasks. - Experience with highly scalable and heavy transaction processing software systems is a plus - Ability to lead a team of 5-10 technically strong people. - Good communication and people oriented attitude. good team player. Java Architect:- - Total experience minimum 7+ in java/j2ee - Expertise in the following skills, Java, JEE, good OOPS concept, Spring, Hibernate, JUnit, XML/XSD/XSLT and related Technologies, SQL, exposure to Database schema, exposure to JMS, annotation based programming, knowledge of web services, usage of design patterns (GoF and JEE), OOAD and UML, creating high/low level design documents. - Good understanding of how the frameworks such as spring, hibernate, JMS are implemented and how to use the right framework to solve a given problem. - Ability to create architecture documents with alternate solution proposals. ability to create UML documents (class/sequence/activity diagrams) and logical/conceptual/physical diagrams to explain the systems and subsystems. - Ability to explain the architecture to the team and tech leads, and ensure the implementation adheres to the design by doing code review. Ability to drive the implementation that follows the given architecture. - Tools Eclipse IDE, version control system (Mercurial is a plus), static code analyzer (Sonar is a plus), continuous integration environment (Jenkins is a plus), UML tools such as RSA or equivalent. - Understand distributed development, with the use of caching frameworks. - Experience working in Scrum methodology, with incremental architecture by refactoring. - Experience in developing framework, components or product development. - Expertise in analysis and design (OOAD), previous experience in working with architects or being part of technical COE is a plus - Domain, airline preferred, but any other complex domain such as BFSI and retail is good. - Passionate about developing good software products that are extensible, maintainable and reliable.
