Reviewing requirements and design documents. 6. Researching customer issues. 7. Researching software. 8. Guide the junior members in the team in technical decision making. 9. Review the work products in the team (design and code) and provide valid feedback to ensure completeness. 10. Ensure that the requirements are completely analyzed and understood by the team. 11.
