	5 years+ of recent Java development experience. Candidates should have excellent technical expertise with Java along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Complex distributed application development experience is desirable. Should have expertise with the following development methods and tools Web Application Development using JSP, Servlets, JavaScript, DOM, HTML, CSS Working with java threads and multi-threaded applications Creating and consuming web services using CXF framework (SOAP, REST, JSON) Working with Oracle or other databases using JDBC. Test Driven Development with JUnit and continuous integration with Cruise Control, and Maven Server development within a J2EE compliant container, Session Beans, Castor/Hibernate or other ORM tools Eclipse or IntelliJIDEA Also Knowledge of Flash Action Script ,Flash Remoting and Flash designing is an added advantage. Qualification: Should be B.E, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA or equivalent with Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
