Apply Now   Reply Dear Candidate, This mail is in regards to your resume in Naukri.com We have an urgent requirement for SQL Server DBA for Bangalore Location Company Name: Ness Technologies ( www.ness.com ) Experience: 6yrs and above Work Location: Bangalore Position: Permanent Job Description : * MS SQL Server 2005/2008/2008 R2 Administration. * Installation, configuration and upgrading of Microsoft SQL Server Server software and related products. * Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures. * Implement and maintain database security (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges), * SQL Server Database. * Database design and implementation. * Database tuning and performance monitoring. * Application tuning and performance monitoring. * Setup and maintain documentation and standards. * Plan growth and changes (capacity planning). * Experience on Cluster environment Support Activity: * Work as part of a team to provide 12*7 support. Occasionally it could be 24*7 as well. * General technical trouble shooting and provide consultation to development teams. * Knowledge on SSIS. * Knowledge on SAN. * ITIL Certification is preferred but optional Experience : 6yrs and above If interested kindly send across your updated resume to jinson.j@thomasmount.com.
