Should be technically sound and capable to guide the team technically, do reviews , understand the business concepts and apply them well to improve customer confidence.  Non-technical skills: possess excellent communication skills must be able to communicate with customers and all levels of management. Good analytical, time management and organizational skills strong multitasking with consistent attention to detail should be a team player.
