Job designation: Configuration Specialist, Enterprise Document Management Sysytem ( EDMS ) Job Location: KL,Malaysia Candidate profile: The Technical Configuration and Administrator is a key role that plans and implements all aspects of Technical Configuration and Administration according to Technical Architecture activities, while supporting the Technical Lead. This role encompasses : * Designing and deploying the Technical Configuration and Administration activities to support the programme framework and implementation * Performing technical configuration and administration design, analysis and development work * Investigating and resolving technical and infrastructure issues * Assisting Technical Lead to develop and monitor project plan and schedule * Working with analysts and ensuring compliance with policies/technical rules * Prompt escalation of issues and concerns to Technical Lead * Documenting Technical Configuration and Administration accordance to Technical Architecture framework * Apply Knowledge in Document Management System consists of Filenet and/or Datacap Experience: * 3 years-10 years. Desired: * Certification is added advantage. * More experience in handling multiple projects. * Willing to work in 24/7 environment. * Should be flexible to travel to KL immediately.
