Senior resource with 7+ years strong hands on T-SQL programming skills who can develop and manage complex Stored Procedures on MS SQL Server 2005\2008 2. Very well versed with MS SQL Server 2005 Stored procedures with good programming skills. 3. Working knowledge on MS SSIS ETL tool, Defining and implementing standards and packages for ETL development 4. Should be able to write complex code and turn business functions into calculations. 5. Understand existing complex stored procedures and be able to debug, validate and apply changes based on the requirements. 6. Should be able to handle heterogeneous sources and apply validation rules for a consistent source Data. 7. Convert requirement specifications and high level business discussions into Stored Procedures and project deliverables 8. Ability to quickly understands Insurance domain and business functions and should have worked on Business Intelligence applications 9. Should be able design Data structures and develop Data model based on requirement gatherings and production report samples. 10.
