JD:

Net/C# Developer Junior, Mid-Senior Level

- Experience of 3-8Years
Hands on developers required at all levels with an expectation of strong design and architecture background for senior level developers.

- .NET Framework 1.1/2.0/3.5 (WCF/WPF/WF), C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, VB programmer with strong Microsoft technology fundamentals, who understands various design patterns.

- Sound working knowledge on SQL Server 2000/2008 is a must. Exposure to SSIS/SSRS is an added Advantage.

- Exposure to MQ, Control M, Connect Direct, Windows scripting, MRS, Silverlight , Websphere MQ, WF4, RIA Services, Entity Framework, AJAX is a plus.

- Web development experience is not of primary importance, but if they are strong .Net programmer with exposure to building web applications, that would be a plus.

- Someone who has worked on complex server side as well as n-tier, multi threaded applications.

- Strong exposure to enterprise platforms that exhibit high-availability, scalability, and modern architecture.

- Should be a Team Player, who is passionate about technology, who can think independently and develop business solutions rather than someone who is purely theoretical with multiple certifications.

- Someone who wants to continue to be a hand on technologist, who does not have immediate aspiration to become lead, manager or coordinators. Because this will be an individual contributor role.

- Working experience in any of the Global Markets function or specifically in Middle Back office or Risk space is an added plus, but not a must for all levels.

- Good communication and presentation skills who can articulate ideas/solutions well.

- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment is a huge plus.
