CRM Developer: Our client has immediate openings for a CRM Developer in the Tempe area.

Description: -The Sr. Developer is responsible for the design/architecture recommendations of our package SFA solution (Salesforce.com) and all integrations with the application. This position is critical for coding/configuring the application to meet our specific requirements.

*Expert in CRM/SFA applications functionality and architecture
*Strong communication skills. Ability to write succinct design and technical specifications.
*Demonstrate ability in understanding complex systems design/issues and capable of evaluating cost-effective and efficient solutions.
*Proven record of working with all areas of IT - Infrastructure, Applications Development, and Architecture - determine impact of proposed solutions and recommendations.
*Ability to code Visual Force Pages, APEX, create Java extensions and develop and maintain key integration mechanisms between Salesforce.com, RN, Data Repository and other applications. Use of eclipse.
*Maintains Security Compliance Requirements within code/applications. *Ability to follow/knowledge of common SDLC process.
*Works effectively within a team.
*Strong consultative skills interpreting business requirements and transforming to solutions.
Requirements: -*At least 6 years experience in application development and CRM applications, preferably salesforce.com.
*Experience with a Systems Development Life Cycle and its integration with a project.
*Experience in requirements analysis, prioritizing tasks and effective delivery (on time, on budget) of software/integration solutions.
*Prior experience in a similar role with the following technologies: Microsoft Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, Red Hat Linux, Oracle, Salesforce.com/Visual Force/Apex, CRM applications, Java, BPEL/SOA (preferred).
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline is preferred.

Description: The Business Intelligence Architect/Developer*s role is to strategically design and implement BI software and systems, including integration with databases and data warehouses. This includes selecting, blueprinting, gathering requirements, designing, and rolling out BI solutions to end users. The Business Intelligence Specialist is also responsible for ensuring high levels of BI availability through support functions and in-depth testing.
Responsibilities Assess and cultivate long-term strategic goals for BI development in conjunction with end users, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
Direct, organize, and lead projects in the implementation and use of new BI software tools and systems.
Lead the integration efforts for merging BI platforms with enterprise systems and applications.
Design, code, test, and document all new or modified BI systems, applications, and programs.
Develop the semantic layer, metadata, reports, and report definitions.
Develop graphs and portal interfaces.

Assist in the design of databases and data warehouses to ensure interoperability with BI solutions.

Educational Qualifications Desired:

Comprehensive data warehouse analysis and design experience, with full knowledge of data warehouse methodologies and data modeling.

Experience with tier-one applications, databases, and data warehouses, such as Oracle 9i, Teradata, SAS data sets, DB2, Netezza. Expertise in SAS EBI and or Microstrategy.

Demonstrated ability with Informatica.

Strong ability to analyze user requirements and build front-end BI applications according to specifications.

Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices.

Full project management and development life cycle experience.

Experience with data processing flowcharting techniques.

Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
