Name as per Passport:- Total Exp- Relevant Experiencel:- Current CTC- Expected CTC:- Notice Period:- Current Location:- Preferred Location:- Availability for Telephonic Discussion: Job Related Details: - * Experience : 10-16 Yrs * Work Location : Noida Required Skills: Tech Specialist / Java Technical Architect / Java Technical Manager • 10+ Experience as Java Architect / Tech Specialist in IT industry. • Good oral and written communication skills • Strong proficiency in Java J2EE, JavaScript, XML, UNIX, HTML Experience with relational DBMS, SQL • Design, develop, test, implement and code solutions on Java programs on windows and unix / Linux • Create integrated features & software solutions on Java / JEE, PL / SQL, Oracle technology platform. • Adept in performance engineering and optimization using Java/ JEE stack • Participates in functional and technical requirements and design. • Convert business specifications into application programs • Able to clearly define and document business functionality • Good understanding of memory management in garbage collected environments • Understanding of OOPS concepts, polymorphism, inheritance, multi-threading model. • Create architectural solutions that articulate the system/business context, conceptual design and component-level logical design. • Responsible for the definition and effective management of project scope and quality • People Management, Risk Management, Costing, Budgeting, project Estimation, Scope management • Executing formal reviews on project status and team performance, Constant Follow-Ups, Meetings, Report Submissions, Demos, Proactive communication between business teams and stakeholders. • Proven track record of executing highly technical projects. Understanding of agile processes/metrics and processes • Coordinates all platform-level conceptual architecture components (e.g., data architecture, application architecture, technical architecture). • Defines systems, technical and application architectures for new strategic initiatives. • Develops and maintains an architectural blueprint and evolutionary roadmap that defines and communicates the strategic direction for these architectures in support of business and technical strategies • Able to explain how the roadmap maintains and delivers cost effectiveness, business value, and competitiveness. • Leads the planning process for new feature development and existing software maintenance. • Responsible for ensuring projects are properly planned, communicated and progressed throughout the project lifecycle.
