Profile Description
Experience of around 10 - 15 years with strong background in PLM package implementation. Proficient in PTC Windchill/FlexPLM and/or Enovia/Teamcenter with hands on experience on these PLM applications.
Self-driven and aware of the latest technologies and components available and implementing them in the new solutions.
Key Technologies
Java / J2EE / Web Services - REST
Good understanding of Java Design Patterns and open source frameworks (Spring, Hibernate)
React, Angular JS, HTML5
DevOps / Automations
Required Experience
1. Minimum 10 years of IT experience with significant exposure on PLM Implementation as a technical lead and/or project manager
2. Effective problem determination (experience in root cause analysis) and problem resolution skills
3. Knowledge of ITIL & Program Management
4. Strong teamwork and partnering approach
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to senior leaders
6. Process skills; an understanding of process costs, ability to work with Supplier to ensure effective operations and agreed upon service levels
7. Demonstrated ability to assess organization's needs, creatively approach solutions, decide and influence appropriate courses of action
8. Ability to be firm but fair with regard to operational deliverables
Role & Responsibilities
1. Planning PLM program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.
2. Defining the program's governance model.
3. Managing third party contributions to the program.
4. Managing communications with all stakeholders.
5. Managing risks to the program's successful outcome.
6. Ensure that the right product is developed to meet or exceed company's quality standard and is delivered at the right time.
7. Track program against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives, reporting status to supervisor on a regular basis and executive staff on an as needed basis.
8. Coordinate with customers, through marketing and sales, to provide necessary program status and obtain customer feedback.
