Experience required for the Job: 10 - 15 years Annual Salary of the Job: 8.00 - 25.00 Lacs Apply Now    Reply Dear Job Seeker, We have urgent opening for Engineering Manager ( Mobility )_Mobility Technologies_Pune Please find below details, Designation - Engineering Manager ( Mobility ) Experience - 10+ Year Work Location - Pune Job type - Full Time Job Description  Key Responsibilities: Take project management responsibility for the deliverables of a 20+ people strong team out of Pune, India, comprised of software developers, QA engineers and UX designers Be a bridge to other project teams in a collaborative multi-site project Run SCRUM meetings and related Agile development activities, such as sprint planning Participate in SCRUM-of-SCRUM meetings Develop and maintain project plans including activities, deliverables and milestone due dates Create plans for new initiatives, including initial estimates, feasibility studies, resource aspects and ramping up the right talent Communicate the project scope, drivers, constraints, schedule, delivery status and issues to your team and various stakeholders and communicators Understand and explain key requirements of the project Coordinate and manage team allocations to facilitate optimal implementation timelines Provide regular reports to all internal and client stakeholders on project status Resolve issues and risks associated with the project Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure continuous improvement and learning Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience in project/program/team management in a professional software development organization, using Agile methodology Experience in working on app development projects (iOS and/or Android) Ability to work in a multi-site project, ideally with an understanding of cultural differences in international projects Be good at managing and motivating people Enough technical expertise so you can speak the same language as our development teams and technology experts Experience with requirements / task management systems such as Redmine, JIRA Excellent communication, documentation, time/priority management and organizational skills Located in Pune (India) or ready to relocate there Desirable Skills: Fundamental understanding of integration between mobile and cloud/web Technical expertise related to cloud services (Google Cloud, Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure) Team management expertise, including interviewing and selecting new team members Availability for occasional travel to customer or stakeholder meetings (mostly US, up to 15% of the time) Attention to detail and quality orientation Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn new things all the time and go slightly outside of your "comfort zone" B.Sc. degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience   Thanks & Regards, Sumeet Kadale IT Recruiter Sumeet.kadale@mobiliya.com www.mobiliya.com cid:image001.jpg@01D41845.8545EF30 Attachments area You are receiving this e-mail because your profile contained one or more of the following words that the recruiter searched on: " "Android" ", " "iOS" ", " "Architect" " Is this job relevant to you?
