The user candidate shall design and develop in C++ Subsystems/components/modules and algorithms to manage the workflow with this Chemistry / Immuno Analyzer product ( desktop solutions ) using input. Candidate shall contribute technically in developing solutions for LD product lines. He / She shall be an expert in designing and developing the technical solution by collaborating with cross functional engineering teams in LD including but not limited to Electrical, Mechanical and Systems Engineering group  Candidate shall drive the entire Technical solution with the team for the subsystems/components and develop the ownership culture in the team The duties encompass the full range of the SDLC tasks from requirement analysis, effort estimation, design, prototyping, coding, unit testing, and integration testing of the software with adherence to the quality system Candidate shall perform design ,code & integration review for the modules developed, providing documentation (requirement/design/test specification) inputs, and ensuring delivery conforms to quality processes  Candidate shall have the good command in communication skills to collaborate with Global stake holders  Candidate shall identify and implementation (BDD/unit/integration) tests to ensure solution addresses customer requirements  Candidate shall Identify the technical risks and support in mitigating the risks in the development areas  Develop and maintain good professional working relationships, especially within the team and with those who interact regularly. Experience in Product development area is an added advantage Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Tech (Computer Science) Experience: 10-14 years of leading software product development experience in windows environment with strong design and development in C++ skills Knowledge and Experience: Shall have experience in driving & leading the team technically  Shall have experience working on software for medical devices (or equivalent automation/instrumentation) of highly complex systems,  Shall have experience working in an Agile Development environment and using TFS  Shall have experience in working with global teams Strong C++ and OOPs programming skills,OOAD Design principles & patterns, data-structures and Unit-testing frameworks  Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills, ability to work in teams  Awareness of Medical domain/Diagnostics and Clinical Workflow scenarios will be an advantage  Good verbal and written communication skills.  Self-starter, quick learner and passionate problem resolver.
