We are looking for Team Leader/Senior PHP Developer for multiple positions
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Develop, record and maintain cutting-edge web-based PHP applications
Lead the entire web application development lifecycle right from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support
Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development
Self-motivated, self-confident team player that can work well on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
Must possess strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
Help define the direction of chosen technologies, and help mentor other developers in web design best practices
Understand the business requirement and produce technical detailed specifications
Write clean, well-designed code
Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
Demonstrate relationship building and teamwork skills within all levels of the organization in a collaborative effort
Must be adaptable in a changing environment and be effective in many different business settings
Should be able to understand customer/end users requirements and should own the issue till closure
Follow industry best practices
Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to work on PHP 5.6 or higher versions
Must be able to work on Zend 1.12 or higher frameworks
Must be able to work on MySQL 5.0 or higher versions
Hands on experience with Laravel framework
Hands on experience with jQuery, CSS, SASS
Hands on experience with Linux Centos 6, 7 or higher version
An added advantage for the experience in slim 2
An added advantage for the experience in Vagrant development boxes using Ubuntu
An added advantage for the experience in GitHub
An added advantage for the experience in PSR1 design guidelines
An added advantage for the experience in Wireframe
