Job Description :: Support Test Team in Requirements Management Apply requirement methodologies and processes in daily work Coach and educate test engineers in requirements management Support team on analysis of user stories/requirements Support Test Team in Test Management Apply test methodologies, processes and best practices in daily work Understand and apply the overall project or program benefits and the impact of proposed delivered solutions Support team's design and execution of test cases Support Test Team in Defect Management  Foster testers in bug tracking and defect management processes Ensure effective issue escalation is applied to address delivery challenges Assist team with reporting key metrics Support Test Team with Quality Assurance processes for overall program Foster software quality knowledge and the factors that affect quality. Educate the team on where QA can be used in the project lifecycle for improving product quality Support Test Team usage of SDLC Tools; Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Test Automation tools, etc. Foster the team on Test Automation; processes and best practices Educate the team on Application Lifecycle Management; MS VSTS Partner in advancing an automated Testing Process structure for Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Support the implementation of automated testing process structure which allows for more efficient resource management and ensures quality across applications. Define methodologies, process and best practices around automation Support the delivery of automation dashboards and summary reports to benchmark automation testing efforts, requirements traceability, and defect reporting  Foster Automation Framework design; develop reusable assets, ability to code the automation reporting structure.
