Criteria for apt candidate:
• Experience: 10-16 years in IT Services / Consulting/ Technology / Software Development
• Education: BE/ME/MTech from premier institutes
• Overall 10-12 years of experience in delivering Data Warehouse/Data Integration solutions in various capacities
• 6-8 years of hands on experience in designing and implementing Data Warehouse/Data Marts using SQL Server/SSIS/SSAS or Oracle/Informatica/Hyperion
• 4-6 years of experience in managing teams
• Should have implemented 2-3 enterprise class projects with large data volume
• Should be able to recommend technical solutions when team faces technical implementation challenges
• Has experience in modelling/design using standard tools like Erwin, BIDS
• Has done Performance Engineering/Tuning/complex technical troubleshooting
• Good in Project Task Management and client interaction
• Has managed a large team of 10-20 people with complete people management responsibilities including Performance Feedback, Performance Appraisal, Employee Engagement, Team building activities
• Has actively done Recruitment and helped setup team
• Has conducted/arranged for technical training and driven team ramp up/skill development to build a CoE
• Has driven RFP response, Estimation, presales Presentation in competitive bidding scenario
• Has excellent communication and team management skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Build high performing team through hiring, training, mentoring and on-the-job delivery
• Engage with multiple customers/stakeholders across geographies and drive team members to make high quality deliverables to the customers/stakeholders
• Provide technical direction for the development, design, systems integration, transition, operationalization across multiple projects
• Prepare estimation for all types of Data management deliveries – development, transition, operations
• Work with team in creation and usage of reusable assets, drive productivity and automation
• Showcase team capability to customer/stakeholders/other communities
