Designation: Big Data Testing (Deputy Manager / Manager) Location: Pune Experience: 9 Yrs - 12 Yrs Qualification: Graduation (Full Time) Mandatory Skill Set: • Expert in (Spark, Yarn, Hive, Oozie) (as many skill combinations as possible) • Test automation and Dev/Ops experience • Strong experience - Scala/Python, Working knowledge of HBase, Solr, Kafka & Flume Key Accountabilities / Key Activities: Develop and test configurations in Hadoop echo system and performance tune the applications on Hadoop environment. Configure Hadoop systems to maximize performance. Build systems to perform real time data processing using Spark/Kafka. Manage end to end SDLC for agile projects & convert POCs into industrialization • Design, build & manage Hadoop applications. • Performance tune Hadoop applications. • Configure Hadoop systems to maximize performance. • Build systems to perform real-time data processing using Spark Streaming and Kafka, or similar technologies • Manage the development life-cycle for agile software development projects • Delivering projects end to end. • Convert a proof of concept into an industrialization. • Provide solutions to complex problems. • Deliver customer-oriented solutions in a timely, collaborative manner • Proactive thinking, planning and understanding of dependencies • Develop & implement robust solutions in test & production environments.
