JD:
Roles and Responsibilities:
⢠Experience delivering multiple moderate to complex technical solutions at the enterprise level and an understanding of the foundational cycles of solution implementation.
⢠Experience conducting requirements gathering and analysis sessions with clients.
⢠Experience reviewing both functional and technical designs.
⢠Facilitate large group meetings with diverse sets of project stakeholders.
⢠Design and analyse the impact of the new feature on the existing functionality of the product.
⢠Own the technical components of a customer integration project including but not limited configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, and go live support.
⢠Create and validate the data design and flows across and between the core and digital technologies for the digital stack
⢠Review & Document Current and future states of architecture, data flow and integration (based on current architecture decisions).
⢠Review existing architecture documentation, validate and create a library
⢠Complete architecture documentation to support standards and build out a plan of release candidates and aligned with program and release plans
⢠Partner with Business Support, Sales, Engineering, Product Development and Technical Support to resolve issues that arise during customer trials, integrations, or postimplementation support.
⢠Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies.
⢠Review configurations with other Professional Service team members to ensure quality and accuracy to requirements.
GOOD TO HAVE, BUT NOT MANDATORY
⢠Provide Deployment Support and knowledge transfer which is comprised of:
⢠Provide best practice know-how and deployment documentation to enable acceleration and scale of our digital solution products.
⢠Support with define phase market assessment and enable system decision making on Core Stack alignment against incumbent Market solutions
⢠Support with Change Request Assessments across end-to-end solution â" example is supportability of multiple languages across all systems
⢠Hold workshops on architectural standards and support the development of training courses for the delivery hub and supplier enabled teams.
⢠Good to have functional expertise in Subscription Management, Order Management, Billing, Service-CRM, Product Catalog.
⢠Good to have experience in payment gateway integration.
Experience:
⢠At least 10+ years' experience designing and developing large scale, mission critical and high availability Mulit-Tier Web and Mobile Stacks.
⢠Minimum of 7 yearsâ experience with Internet technologies including TCP/ IP, HTTP, DNS and web servers.
⢠Minimum of 6 yearsâ experience in working on complex Media integrations.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or any Bachelor degree
