Job Role:
We are looking for an Java Product Architect (10-22yrs.) to join our Lending (Loan IQ Product) Team and help us grow our IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:
· Propose and implement technical solutions, ensure their integrity with existing system, ease of maintainability and fitting in the organization-wide technical roadmap
· Guide on, review and revisit the best practices, frameworks and tools to build and maintain the payment products, according to functional requirements
· Be an authority specialist for complex technical areas, including but not limited to installation, upgrade, configuration, continuous deployment, performance and benchmarking
· Guide the developers on clean and quality code practices, maintain and enhance the practices for continuous improvement and refactoring, code reviews, pair programming, etc.
· Ensure the team is capable and has required tools and guidance to develop stable and productive environment, with minimal rework required due to architectural change or related problems as products evolve.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry changes in technology standards, information management, development standards, methods and emerging 3rd party software in order to advise on technology and leverage industry best practice in the design and construction of Misys’ software products.
Qualifications & Requirement:
· 10-22 years of design, architecture and implementation of complex, fault-tolerant and high-available Java-based and J2EE systems
· Excellent knowledge of Java 7 & 8, including but not limited to concurrent programming, data structures, Java for Web (MVC frameworks, JS frameworks), JMS/MQ (IBM MQ, Active MQ), Spring technologies (IoC, AOP, Transactions, Security, Integration, Boot), ORM (JPA/Hibernate), Transactions (single and 2 phase commit, JTA, XA
· Experience with Web services frameworks (CXF, Camel), XML and Web Services Standards (SAAJ, SOAP, JAX-WS, JAXR, WS-Security, WS-Trust, WS-SecureConversation, JAXB)
· Experience with caching (memcached, EHCache) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) mechanisms and patterns
· Excellent understanding of modern Continuous Integration, Continous Delivery and TDD/XP methods and tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, Gradle, Maven, Ant, Ansible, Liquibase, Docker, Kubernetes)
· Good understanding of application security and OWASP
· Experience the JVM tuning (GC, memory management, caching) and performance troubleshooting
· Experience with any Unix-based platform (Linux/Solaris/AiX)
· Excellent knowledge of modern development and collaboration tools (SVN, Git, IDEA, Eclipse, JIRA, Confluence)
· Strong and effective communication and writing skills, ability to quickly express the opinion, carry out design and implementation discussions with individuals of different level of expertise, experience and knowledge
