Contribute in all the phases of development life cycle. Work with the Clients, PMs, & engineering team to understand and articulate requirements Work on architecture & design solutions Work with product design and documentation teams to deliver highly usable functionality. Write well designed, modular and testable code Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications. Enforce software engineering processes & standards. Prepare and produce releases of software components Communicate and collaborate with global teams spanning multiple geos. Mentor juniors in the team. Qualifications and Requirements: Excellent and consistent academic record with minimum 60% marks/scores in all qualifying examinations 10-15 Years of experience in Java/J2EE.
