We are hiring TIBCO Lead @ Mumbai
Please find the JD below:
At least 12 years’ experience with IT operations and Development or architecture experience or responsibilities. Should include at least 5 years of EAI development experience in middleware technologies (preferably TIBCO). Strong leadership in terms of managing operations, team and interacting with Development lead and making sure that operational issues are zeroed down.
BE/MS Computer Science or equivalent
Strong client facing skills â€" presentation, facilitation, written and verbal communications
5 years’ experience leading the analysis and design of EAI architecture
Experience mapping business requirements to technology capabilities, identifying gaps and omissions and designing end-to-end solutions.
Experience implementing medium- to large-scale EAI applications in production; excellent understanding of the issues involved
Experience with developing multi-threaded and event-driven systems design and message-oriented middleware e.g. TIBCO Rendezvous, TIBCO Integration Manager, TIBCO BusinessWorks (and any other TIBCO products preferred), IBM MQ Series, Vitria, Tuxedo/Q,Solace. Experience on OpenStack tools like Kubernetes, Apache Ignite and Docker is an added advantage.
Strong working knowledge of UNIX and NT operating systems
Formal experience with development methodologies including UML
JAVA J2EE experience including experience with JMS
Strong working knowledge of RDBMS (e.g. Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, DB2) and ability to design DB schemas and interface with it using ODBC/JDBC
Strong problem identification and problem solving skills
Must be able to function as a team leader, providing direction to less senior members of the development team.
Must have the ability to structure deliverables to maximize reuse and productization where applicable
Should be able to independently develop architecture for small and medium size projects
Ability to participate in the development of project plans including estimates for the entire life cycle of the project
Must have the ability to provide technical leadership, work with Architects to identify requirements, and must have the technical foresight needed to design and develop solutions that meet functional and performance requirements
