About Position: - We need experienced hands on senior server-side Java Tech Leads (with 8+ years Experience) with strong Java and database skills to join our team
- At their seniority we expect that they do not require constant supervision.
- They must be experienced enough to provide their own solutions to sometimes complex problems, and be committed to the quality of their deliverable, so review and rework is minimized.
- They are expected to lead offshore teams and coordinate with teams in the US.
- They will be responsible for evaluating Java and database technologies and drive proof-of-concepts. They should have excellent communication and presentation skills to demo and share their results and findings to managers.
- Prior AOS engineering experience is preferred, but experience with eCommerce or a similar domain would be acceptable.
Required knowledge and experience: - Object-oriented programming (Java, J2EE, Server Side development, Struts, MVC framework),
- Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), ORM (Hibernate / Spring Data etc.),
- Web service development, Spring ( Core, IOC & DI, MVC, Security, AOP, JPA, Beans ),
- JBoss / Tomcat or any app server
