Job Description
Job Purpose:
BI Technical professionals on MSBI, Qlik View, Power BI to satisfy customer business requirements.
Major Accountability
Experience in Understanding of data warehouse concepts and structures, cubes and ETL processes
Assist team in development of logical and physical data models for designing/developing BI/ Data warehouse requirements.
Perform logical and physical data models/database
Translate business needs to technical specifications for analytics
Querying & Tuning experience on MS SQL Server
Development/maintenance of ETL scripts, SSRS reports, SSIS packages, Store procedures, Power BI dashboards
Understand customer’s BI requirements, propose/design and develop appropriate solution
Work with relevant stakeholders to design appropriate BI dashboards, scorecards, charts, graphs, drill down reports, sub reports and dynamic reports.
Ensuring the best code quality
Design, develop and implement BI industry standards in projects
Integration of BI reports with C#, SharePoint, Drupal, etc.
Should be capable of working independently
Essential Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in designing, developing BI and Data warehouse solutions
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidate should have strong knowledge of various versions of MS SQL
MS SQL server certification would be added advantage
Expertise of MSBI and Power BI is must
Experience on Qlik View, Tableau would be an advantage
Education
Minimum education: B.E/MCA/B.Tech.
