Preferred Experience Total : 9 to 12 years of IOT/Embedded software testing Relevant : At least 4 years of experience in managing teams, 2 years of Automation experience, having exposure to automation and reliability testing of IOT platforms Mandatory skill sets : - Having leadership skills in organizing and planning - Having knowledge on requirement gathering, schedule and resource estimation and preparation - Having experience managing a team of at least 10 to 15 members - Having strong knowledge on test planning, reporting and defining test strategies - Having strong knowledge in developing automation test frameworks - Self-motivated team player with strong problem solving and quality assurance skills - Working experience and exposure to various Test Management tools - Exposure to various project management tools like MPP etc - Exposure to various bug logging systems like Bugzilla, Redmine - Should have experience in Automation planning and scripting - Assist all aspects of system testing, regression testing and UAT testing - Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication & influencing skills.
