Job Description: Automated testing Principal Summary: Home Credit India is one of the fastest growing FinTech companies on Indian market. We are looking the automation testing principal, his/her responsibility will be to set the technical vision and lead the implementation, for test automation of our complex systems end-to-end. Job Responsibilities • Understand IT systems behavior and the way how the system support business processes, be able to explain system behavior to different teams (business, helpdesk, business consultants) • Manage the team of analysts and testers to reach the goals and timelines given by business • Drive and execute on our overall test automation and end-to-end system testing strategy. • Hire, mentor and manage a team of engineers to deliver on this strategy. • Architect and build automation frameworks to cover all phases of testing; unit, functional, integration, performance, ‘customer workflow’ based load, and reliability testing. • Create test tools, libraries to increase efficiency and enable development / test engineers to write simplified, standardized and reliable automated tests. • Integrate test frameworks with our systems to enable delivery with short release cycles. • Cooperation with group IT to plan and prepare new patches and releases to production • Take responsibility for test scenarios, test cases preparation and quality • Working autonomously together with different teams inside and outside organization. Desired Profile • M.Tech - Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Computers, MCA â€" Computers • Minimum 10+ years of analysis, testing and management experience across preferably in banking industry • 5+ years experience as a test automation engineer covering functional, E2E system, performance and load testing for enterprise class applications. • 2+ years experience as a successful hands-on technical test engineering manager. • Good Knowledge API Test Automation using SOAP-UI & POSTMAN. • Knowledge of processes in IT lifecycle and in banking industry • Experience with open source or similar test frameworks: TestNG, JUNIT, Selenium Grid, Maven, Ant tool. • Experience with open source or similar load testing frameworks: JMeter, Grinder, Gatling. • Experience integrating test frameworks with CI delivery pipelines such as Jenkins. • Experience in creating Data Driven, Keyword Driven, Hybrid and POM based frameworks • Having automation exposure of large customer portals using Selenium Web Driver • Analytical and managerial skills with attention to details • Oriented to problem solving and ability to work under pressure Who should join? • If you are willing to face new challenges and want to apply your knowledge for growth / future of company, then Home Credit can give you this opportunity. • Home Credit can provide you platform to show your skills & suggest valuable ideas to company.
