Excellent programming skills and development and delivery of new features. Works to fix bugs and conducts unit testing, make necessary chang es to source code and document them. Ensure that Path Solutions development standards & QMS are followed. Works independently and with a team on assigned tasks and projects of diverse scope and complexity. Designs and implements algorithms for assigned tasks. Executes development assignments to include design of conceptual approach, coding and debugging. Facilitates and moderates issue identification and resolution. Identifies, communicates and resolves conflicts with the individuals involved. Acts with a perspective of achieving continuous improvements. Executes the work plan, provides intermediate progress and exception reports to the project lead. Achieves committed re sults within the time frame, functionality, performance and quality objectives established for the project.
